Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition as received. Products must include all original packaging, inserts, labels, and any included materials.
- Digital Products:
- eTextbooks and other downloadable digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Exceptions may be granted only if:
- The digital product has a verifiable defect that prevents use.
- An incorrect version or edition was provided due to our error.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
To start a return, email us at support@arosny.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions and the correct return address.
Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.
Step 3: Send It Back
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving:
- An incorrect item
- A damaged or defective product
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until your return has been confirmed.
Step 4: Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3 business days if the item meets our return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If the item is returned unused, in original condition, with all components intact.
- Partial Refund: May be issued if the returned product shows signs of use, is missing original materials, or is damaged due to customer handling.
- Shipping Fees: Outbound shipping is always free, but return shipping is non-refundable unless Arosny is at fault.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping and either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for physical textbooks if the requested item is in stock.
- For digital items, we only offer exchanges if the wrong version was delivered.
