Shipping policy

At Arosny, we are dedicated to providing a fast, reliable, and stress-free shipping experience for our customers. Below are the key details of our shipping policy, including order processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking information.

Processing Time

We offer free USPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM MST (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Carrier: USPS Ground (standard shipping) or equivalent.
  • Expedited Options: Faster shipping methods are available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Total Estimated Time for Delivery: 2–7 Business Days
Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact us for support.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date.
  • While we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier, we will work with you to investigate and resolve any issues.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional charges may apply for reshipment due to customer-provided address errors.
